Day of Traditional Costumes.

Many delegations from all over the country show their local or regional traditional costume. Around 100 guests from outside Schagen are coming. The guests are welcomed in de Bron and walk along in the parade. For many, this is a chance to see the traditional costumes up close. Expert commentary accompanies the whole event. Nowhere else in the Netherlands does an event of this size take place.

The costume groups coming this year are: Urk, Friesland, Drenthe, Rijssen, Nunspeet, Scheveningen and Enkhuizen.

The presentations are on the stage by the church.
