Who we are

Contact form
If you send us a message, we keep your name, email address, phone number (if given) and your message in order to answer your question. Submissions are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address (and your name, if given) until you unsubscribe. You are only subscribed after confirming by email. You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of every newsletter. We do not track whether you open the newsletter or click on links.
Donors
For donors we keep name, address and payment details for as long as you are a donor, for delivering De Kroniek and for our administration.
Website visits
The website counts how many pages are viewed, without cookies and without storing your IP address. If we use Google Analytics, we ask for your consent first; you can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
Photos
During the markets, photos and videos are taken that we use on the website and in De Kroniek. Would you rather not see a photo of yourself? Let us know and we will remove it.
Your rights
You can always view, correct or have your data deleted. Just email us. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
