Help wanted at Sail

Dear ....

From 22 to 25 June 2017 I will be at Willemsoord in Den Helder with two stalls to

promote our Folklore Thursdays. Museum Vreeburg will also be present at the stall.

There are also a few other activities in our "Dorp Schagen" (Schagen village). Also the WF dance group.

Those days are Sail Den Helder and the Navy Days, a great moment,

just before the start of our Folklore Thursdays. Some 350,000 to 500,000 visitors are expected.

The event is free.

At Willemsoord, "Dorp Schagen", "Dorp Hollands Kroon", "Dorp Texel" and "Dorp

Den Helder" have been given a place.

In "Dorp Schagen", the Folklore takes a prominent place! Through our presence

we can show what we have to offer on Thursdays (advertising/promotion/atmosphere/pride).

I would welcome some help from our volunteers (preferably in traditional costume)

to staff the stall.

It's good fun, there are great photos to be had and you can also enjoy the other activities going on.

Could you let me know at what times you would like to assist me? Every hour helps!

I will then send you the rota.

The stall must be staffed on:

Thursday 22 June 2017 from 12:00 to 20:00.

Friday 23 June 2017 from 10:00 to 20:00.

Saturday 24 June 2017 from 10:00 to 20:00.

Sunday 25 June 2017 from 10:00 to 13:00.

We have a wonderful stage here to show off Schagen (folklore) and/or to get residents,

guests and tourists to come to Schagen on Thursdays to enjoy this festival free of charge.

"Schagen mag je niet missen" (Schagen is not to be missed)
