Coachmen's meeting

Yesterday evening was the annual coachmen's meeting ahead of the new season. There was a good turnout of 28 coachmen, including 4 new women and 1 new male coachman. So in the coming year more than 20 carriages will once again take part in the parade. This year we will, among other things, try to streamline the start in the Muziektuin, so that everyone is ready at 10:20 and the carriages can drive to the start at the Nieuwe Laagzijde in the right order at 10:25. A point of concern is the walkers in the parade, who all seem to want to walk at the front; the walkers need to spread themselves out properly in the parade, at the start and when joining at the Rapenpad.
