Coachmen's meeting

On Wednesday evening, 6 June, the Folklore's coachmen's meeting took place. On this evening the ups and downs of the parade are discussed. Everyone agreed unanimously that things went well in 2017; only the pace of the walkers could sometimes be a little faster. All the drivers are pointing in the same direction again to guide the parade safely through Schagen in the coming season. Commitment among the coachmen is high, as everyone was there or had sent apologies. For the coming season we hope to have around 20 horse-drawn carriages in the parade each Thursday.
