Cheque for the Folklore

On Wednesday morning the West Frisian Folklore in Schagen received a cheque for €1,500 from estate agent Westhuis from Schagen.
Westhuis started his estate agency 15 years ago. He began working from home. He soon opened an office on the Laanplein in Schagen. In 2003 Westhuis moved to his current office on the Laan. Instead of throwing a party, Westhuis is celebrating his 15th anniversary by supporting the Folklore in Schagen.
`Schagen is a beautiful town. Thanks to Schagen, my agency has become what it is today. I felt it was time to do something in return for the town`, said Westhuis when presenting the cheque.
The cheque was received on Wednesday morning by Jos van Leeuwen and Rob Hogenes of the Folklore, over coffee, a currant loaf and a nice glass of advocaat.
